All Star Homes has been building custom homes across Allegheny and Westmoreland counties since 1980. Founded by Chuck Wiggins, the company quickly earned a reputation for quality craftsmanship and personal service. Over the years, Chuck was joined by his wife, Jeanine, and together they built All Star Homes into a trusted name for families looking to bring their dream homes to life.

All Star Homes is now excited to enter into a new chapter with Jon Proctor stepping in as partner and project manager. Jon has been working in construction since his teenage years, starting out in his family’s remodeling business before moving into commercial and residential projects. With decades of hands-on experience, he knows every facet of the trade and is dedicated to making sure each All Star home is built right from the ground up.

Supporting Jon is his wife, Jessica, whose background in finance, operations, and project coordination brings added strength to the team. She keeps the business side running smoothly so Jon and the crews can focus on building.

Together, Jon and Jessica are carrying forward the values that Chuck and Jeanine established: honest communication, skilled craftsmanship, and homes built to last. Whether you’re ready to build your custom home or want the convenience of a low-maintenance patio home, the All Star team will guide you every step of the way.

At All Star Homes, we don’t just build houses—we build places where families grow, laugh, and make memories. That’s been our mission from the start, and it’s the promise Jon and Jessica are proud to continue today.
